As a Business Development Manager for Dubai Science Park (DSP), she was involved in the registration and establishment of companies across Healthcare, Energy and Environment, and Oil & Gas industries.

Heidi Atrach’ experience has equipped her with the knowledge necessary to understand the business landscape in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) regional market. Her time with DSP has allowed her to consult multiple companies on how to start up their businesses in the UAE and to solve all bureaucratic issues.

As the founder of Heidi Atrach Business Relations, it is her top priority to ensure customer satisfaction as well as to provide clients with the social capital necessary to succeed in the UAE/US. H.E Engineer Ali bin Towaih AlSuwaidi

H.E Engineer Ali bin Towaih has held many positions with government and semi government organizations. During his career that spans around 30 years, AlSuwaidi has worked with government departments, economic authorities, and local and international entities and has held leadership positions across various vital sectors, thereby gaining extensive professional experience and acquiring leadership skills.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology (WIT) in Boston. He completed his studies and graduated from WIT in 1992 with High Honor.

AlSuwaidi started his career in the energy sector by serving as the superintendent of an Oil terminal for downstream operations. Later on, Joined Dolphin Energy as Gas Marketing Manager and after that as the Operations Interface Manager. Subsequently, he moved to the investment and business sector as Executive Director at TECOM Group, a Dubai Holding company. He was responsible for developing the sustainable development and renewable energy industry sectors. He was elected to be the chairman of Emirates Green Building Council (EmiratesGBC). AlSuwaidi has also served as the Vice President for Commercial, Procurement and Project Management at Drydocks World where he was responsible for all commercial and project Management operations. During his work at DDW he was also elected as Vice Chairman of UAE Shipping Association for two terms. He also served as the Director of many companies in Singapore and board member of DDW-PaxOcean Singapore. Later on he was asked to develop and enhance the operations of Dubai Maritime City (DMC) as the General Manager before taking on the role of the Director General at AFZ in May 2020.

Throughout his long and successful career, AlSuwaidi has handled numerous responsibilities and performed additional duties at local and international entities, such as his memberships in the technical committee of the Japanese Classification Society (ClassNK) and Emirates Classification Society (Tasneef). AlSuwaidi possesses entrepreneurial capabilities and has extensive experience gained through many years of service in various sectors, mainly energy, technology, construction, sustainability, project management, supply chain, logistics, maritime, business and investment, among others.

Throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in developing certain industries and more important business development requirements for several industries. Besides, his vast network and solid relationships and reputation has given him extensive credibility to support newly setup and SMEs companies. He is known for his dedication to official duties and his ability to lead teams to the achievement of set objectives and goals. He has effectively contributed to the development of overall performance and improvement of work environments within various entities and organizations that he worked with, by applying international best practices, enhancing internal communication between departments, and strengthening strategic cooperation and close coordination with partners and stakeholders alike.

AlSuwaidi has been recognized for his achievements and career experiences by winning several Awards along his career through the organizations he worked for and personal capacity as well.

Leslie is an experienced global team leader in the real estate industry. She has managed teams spanning 20 countries specializing in portfolio optimization, lease regears, asset disposal strategies, and numerous site acquisitions for major international companies.
Leslie worked overseas for 14 years based in Dubai, before she relocated, she was the Head of Corporate Real Estate for the US operations of an international financial institution.
She has trained professionals in many areas of the industry including lease negotiation, lease administration software and reporting methods, and purchase agreements.

She holds a BA in Economics from Wells College, and also Virginia RE License, GMS-T Certification, Dubai RE License, NCREA Certification.

Leslie has worked on the Occupier side of transactions and the brokerage side. She has led corporate real estate teams for 3 USA financial institutions and 1 U.K. financial institution. Her management goes far beyond “deals”. Not only has she personally negotiated major asset disposal she has led teams throughout Africa, the Middle East & Pakistan. Her work and teams have successfully released capital in underutilized assets to fund major expansions and renovations elsewhere. Performed extensive analysis of court submissions for the plaintiff in a major real estate case. Participated on a panel of experts who assisted in a landmark verdict for the UAE real estate industry, awarding the plaintiff over $400 million. Led a team of corporate real estate professionals on an expansion of retail banking in Africa. Partnered with the first global procurement team focused on corporate real estate spend in a bank on the selection strategy for real estate vendors in 16 countries. Created a real estate training academy for 125 real estate professionals from 45 countries. Led the property due diligence team for a bank acquisition in Egypt by a U.K. bank
